Election Commission’s instructions to Mamta government, no celebration on victory in by-election

Before the results of the by-elections in three assembly seats in West Bengal, the Election Commission has written a letter to the state government and directed not to celebrate any kind of celebration. In the letter, the Election Commission asked the Mamata government of the state to ensure that there is no celebration of any kind during the counting of votes for the bypolls or after the results are declared.

Along with this, the commission asked the state government to take all those steps so that after the results are out, there is no violence in the state.
