Noida Restaurant Raid !! : Excise team’s whip on this HiFi restaurant in Noida…..

Noida Restaurant Raid : Lucknow. According to the order of Additional Chief Secretary, Excise, Shri Sanjay R. Bhoosreddy, continuous raids are being conducted to take strictest action against the manufacture, sale and smuggling of illegal liquor in the state. In this sequence, Mr. Senthil Pandian C. Excise Commissioner, on November 14, 2021.

Noida Restaurant Raid : Lucknow. According to the order of Additional Chief Secretary, Excise, Shri Sanjay R. Bhoosreddy, continuous raids are being conducted to take strictest action against the manufacture, sale and smuggling of illegal liquor in the state. In this sequence, Mr. Senthil Pandian C. Excise Commissioner, on November 14, 2021, directed Joint Excise Commissioner, EIB, to conduct raids on the Highflying Dutchman Restaurant in Noida. In this sequence, a joint team of Joint Excise Commissioner EIB Enforcement Meerut, Assistant Excise Commissioner and district staff was formed and raids were conducted on Hyd Flying Dutchman Restaurant

. During the raid, the manager was asked to provide a local bar license regarding serving of liquor, on which the manager failed to produce the license. After this, the action of checking was done in the restaurant, in which some open bottles and 56 cans/bottle beer were recovered out of 17 bottles of foreign liquor and manager Gaurav Pandey and Pranay Manral were arrested from the spot and Mr. Rajendra Singh, Kahar Singh and Mr. A case was registered against a total of 06 persons including the owner of the restaurant Yogesh Sharma and Sunil Kumar under section 60 of the Excise Act and section 420 of the IPC at Police Station Phase-3, Gautam Budh Nagar.

It was further informed by the Excise Commissioner that raids against the manufacture and sale of illicit liquor would continue and the people involved in these works would not be spared under any circumstances. Along with this, the process of regular checking is also being done at the excise shops. Directions have also been given to the regional officers to take strict action against the restaurant/marriage hall owners of such restaurants/marriage halls in the state through which complaints of serving liquor without obtaining an official bar license or the matter comes to notice.
