Jaipur: A 11-year-old kid was taken to the ICU of a clinic after he was assaulted and destroyed by a Pitbull dog in Tagore Nagar Hanuman Vatika – 2 of the city. The kid got more than 32 bite wounds on his head, face, and legs. On hearing his shouts for help, the mother surged out and saw the kid being assaulted in the yard. She saw no one stopping the dog , so she battled with the creature and saved her child.
The kid, recognized as Vishal Meena, lives with his parents in a part of a house in Tagore Nagar Hanuman Vatika – 2. Vishal’s dad Jagdish Meena – fills in as a watchman at the house. The canine had a place with the property manager, distinguished as Durgesh Hada. A Greater Municipal Corporation official said that the Dog was purchased by a relative of the landowner.
Around 10 am, Vishal’s parents heard his weeps for help following which they hurried outside and saw the kid being battered. Vishal’s mom battled with the canine and safeguarded her child.
Pitbull is considered a vicious animal and is banned in several parts of the world including some states in India. Sources said that there are no clear guidelines regarding this in Jaipur.
A police complaint was registered against the landlord. The dog was taken into custody by the animal control branch of the Greater Municipal Corporation. The boy was rushed to a hospital where he is undergoing treatment.
