Shivaratri 2022 wishes : On the occasion of Mahashivaratri festival, the Telugu states receive spiritual splendor in the Shiva temples and Lord Shiva temples. Amareshwar Temple in Amaravati The Saiva Temple is abuzz with spiritual splendor on Mahashivaratri. Special anointing pujas are performed on the occasion of Maha Shivaratri. Devotees bathe on the banks of the holy river Krishna from dawn. Devotees lined up to visit Amareshwar along with Balachamundika.
Shivaratri 2022 wishes : Srisailam, a famous Shaiva shrine in Kurnool district, is famous for its spiritual charm. Mallanna Kshetra is a popular destination for devotees on the occasion of Mahashivaratri. Not only from the Telugu states..a large number of devotees came from all over the country. A large number of Shivayya devotees perform holy baths in the underworld. Priests perform special pujas by white jamun. In the evening Swami Ammavarla Nandivahana service will be conducted. At 10 pm, the majestic Ekadasa Rudrabhishekam of Lingodbavakala will be performed and the Swami will be adorned with a turban. Parvati Parameswara Mahashivaratri Brahmotsava Kalyanotsavam will be held at 12 noon.
Today, on the occasion of Mahashivaratri festival, the Shiva temples in Telangana as well as the Shiva temples are crowded with devotees. Devotees flock to the Shaiva shrines in the joint Warangal district. Special pujas and anointings are performed from early morning at the Thousand Pillars Rudreshwara Temple, Kaleswaram, Ramappa and Siddeshwara Temple.
