Tottenham vs Sporting: Kick-off time, prediction, TV, live stream

Tottenham vs Sporting:-Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Rodrigo Bentancur’s late header rescued a 1-1 draw against Sporting CP to preserve the London club in charge of their fate in Champions League Group D until Harry Kane’s last-gasp goal was disallowed on Wednesday. Marcus Edwards, a former Tottenham Hotspur player, had given Sporting a 22nd-minute lead with a well-hit effort, and the visitors were holding off furious home pressure

Spurs’ Rodrigo Bentancur equalised late on to cancel out former Tottenham attacker Marcus Edward’s first-half goal. The stalemate puts Tottenham top of Group D but endangers their Champions League last 16 qualifying ambitions, with Conte’s side requiring a draw in Marseille on Tuesday to advance.

Sporting replacement Flavio Nazinho even missed two wonderful chances to seal the points, and those failures appeared even more vital in the 80th minute when Tottenham equalised. Ivan Perisic delivered a corner, and Bentancur rose highest to powerfully head past goalkeeper Antonio Adan.
