World Mental Health Day 2022: With the aim of increasing awareness about mental health, the whole world celebrates 10 October as World Mental Health Day. World Mental Health Day is observed every year on 10 October. The COVID-19 pandemic has confirmed that there is a close link between our physical health and our mental health. On the occasion of World Mental Health Day, ITC Fiama in collaboration with NielsenIQ released its second consecutive mental health survey. This survey was done to find out the causes of stress with the changing lifestyle of youth in India. Survey results show that work is the biggest cause of stress for Millennials, while relationships and breakups for GenZ.

On this occasion, many programs are organized around the world regarding mental health and people are told how to stay mentally and physically healthy. Along with this, efforts are made to know the problems of people living under stress and efforts are made to show them the right path.
